Though there are several ports that SAP application uses, following are the basic ones you would like to know :
Service | SAP standard Port Number/Service Name | Range | Description | request type |
Dispatcher | sapdpNN/32NN | 3200-3299 | SAP dispatcher port for SAP GUI for windows and Java | incoming |
gateway | sapgwNN/33NN | 3300-3399 | SAP gateway for CPIC and RFC | incoming |
ICM Server HTTP port | 80NN | SAP ABAP Web AS HTTP port | incoming
ICM Server HTTPs port | 443NN | SAP ABAP Web AS HTTPS port | incoming
ICM server SMTP port | 25 | Mail communication with SAP | incoming
